The personal data thus collected are subject to a processing of which the manager is City of Mairie de Servoz.
These data are collected in order to subscribe and send you alerts to the population. Your data is intended for the services in charge of the diffusion of these alerts. They are hosted in a highly secure environment by its subcontractor ciitélécom. The services in charge of the IT support of City of Mairie de Servoz can also access this data, for the sole purpose of management and computer maintenance.
The collected data will be kept for the duration of your subscription to the service.
In accordance with the applicable regulations* regarding personal data, you have the right to access, rectify, oppose, limit the processing, erasure and portability of your data that you can exercise. E-mailing the addresses of the persons responsible for the aforementioned treatments, specifying your surname, first name, address and attaching a copy of both sides of your identity document.
In case of difficulty related to the management of your personal data, you can submit a complaint to the data protection officer (La mairie de Servoz - sg.mairie@servoz.fr) or to the CNIL.
The role of the sub-contractor ciitélécom is to set up and maintain, throughout the duration of the contract, all appropriate technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk allowing City of Servoz to send targeted alerts. ciitélécom agrees not to divulge, transfer, rent, assign or exploit commercially or not the personal data without the prior written consent of his client.
